We make every effort to photograph each and every racer, in all of the races that we cover. However, depending on where they are running/riding when they pass our
cameras, racers are not always captured clearly and unobstructed.
Most unclear photos will not make it online. We make you look good to your
racers.
We try to get
full framed photos,
that show the racers expressions, while in motion. We make you look good
to your racers.
After photographing each
event, we will post the photos on our internet site, for viewing and/or purchase. Many times these will be posted the
morning following
the race, but no later than 48 hours.
(large races of over 1000 take a little longer) NO MORE waiting for months,
or aggravation. We do it right.
Photos are printed and shipped within hours depending on when the order
is placed, and what the order is for. We make you look good to your
racers.
To have your race
photographed, please have the
event director contact us directly.
Or drop me an email with the event name and email address, and providing
we have that date free,
I will try to contact the event director, on your behalf.
Events that we cover are entitled to
"FREE" photos for future promotional purposes. (viewing size only) Great
for website promotion! Photos supplied immediately after the race to
help promote the event. Its time you looked great! We make you look good
to your organization and sponsors.
Events receive a link directly to their
website from our opening page drop down box. These links are constantly exposed to racers looking at other
event photos. Another great way to
increase your enrollment! Go ahead . . . click one and see the power. We

After receiving an email from you
requesting an event coverage, we will check our calendar and verify to
you that we can or can not cover your event on that day(s). We make us

What you need to do
Contact me by email
if you
want us to cover your event. Include the event name and date, location
and racer count.
Supply me with an address to send my
brochures to, and the estimated racer count. I also need a late date to have
the brochures received by you. VERY IMPORTANT!
After you receive the brochures,
follow up with your volunteers, that one brochure is inserted into each goodie bag.
